Megan Sanders provides technical assistance, workforce consultation, and training focused on attracting, hiring, training and retaining the Direct Support Professional and Frontline Supervisor workforce. Megan is an experienced direct support professional and frontline supervisor and is passionate about the intersection of research and practice, program evaluation, and person-centered practices and supported decision-making. Megan earned a master's degree in Social Work and a master's in Public Policy from the University of Minnesota. Prior to this work, she was a graduate research assistant, providing support for the University of Minnesota's Disability Policy and Services certificate.
