Kelly Chirhart provides technical assistance, workforce consultation, and training focused on attracting, hiring, training and retaining the Direct Support Professional and Frontline Supervisor workforce. Kelly is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and earned a Bachelors and Masters of Science in Social Work with a concentration in community and administrative leadership and a graduate certificate in dispute resolution. Her work experience spans over 20 years in the United States and Canada. Kelly has extensive leadership experience in public policy collaborating with and building strong partnerships with community organizations, government organizations, elected officials, and individuals from diverse backgrounds. Kelly is an experienced mediator, facilitator, and restorative justice and conflict resolution practitioner.
